Here you can try your hand at simulating 210 different CFD simulations and analyzing their thermal comfort conditions. Read more to know about the technology preview and its benefits for the HVAC industry.
The 4th industrial revolution is upon us. We are witnessing the convergence of AI, generative design, VR, AR, additive manufacturing, IoT and many advanced technologies. We are witnessing the new era of product design and engineering. This blog summarizes how these technologies are changing the environment of valve design and engineering and helps through some light on how valve manufacturers can use them to create a unique position in the market.
We are exhibiting at 2019 Valve World Americas Expo and Conference schedule on 19 and 20th June 2019. Visit simulationHub booth 1445 to know about our autonomous valve CFD product and get an exciting hands-on experience of our Machine Learning and Augmented Reality apps for valve design.
Machine learning (ML) techniques are now widely being used in almost all areas of application. Six months back, CCTech Research started investigating how we may use ML in the area of Design of Mechanical Systems. One of the key application we were particularly interested is in Control Valve industry. simulationHub's Control Valve Performer app is already calculating valve performance within minutes compared to weeks in traditional CFD way. But one still yearns for a solution that could predict the flow performance in less than 5 seconds. The machine learning app developed by CCTech research team is now able to predict the value performance within seconds. Read more about the app, what went into creating the app and the app workflow.
