It’s time to get connected! It’s time to witness Digital Transformation of Valve Industry!
And, you are cordially invited!
We are exhibiting at Valve World Americas Expo & Conference
June 19 & 20, 2019, Huston, TX, USA
Valve World American Expo and Conference
is scheduled this year on June 19 and 20 at George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston, TX, USA. This two-day event is full of excitement. While the exhibition is focused on showcasing the latest technologies, components and systems in the field of industrial flow control system, the conference will cover a variety of valve and valve-related topics that are essential to today’s market. The Valve World Americas Expo & Conference 2019 will once again serve as the meeting point for the flow control industry, showcasing the growth in interest by exhibitors and attendees who will experience the technologically in-depth conference program, product showcases on the expo floor, and incredible networking opportunities.
We are glad that we will get an opportunity to interact with designers, innovators and business owners across the world. We are participating in both expo and conference.
Conference Workshop: Building a Machine Learning Valve Design App
Research and development is a backbone when it comes to offering innovative solutions. simulationHub has a strong research team which continues to extend the boundaries of technology. The team is involved in extensive research on how advanced technologies like machine learning, big data, IoT can be utilized to solve valve industry problems in an innovative way. One of the innovative solutions by our R&D team is an AI-powered valve design application.
On the second day of the conference, our CEO, Sandip Jadhav will take a workshop on how we have used machine learning technology to build a valve design application. This application is based on 100s of design experiments of concentric and triple offset butterfly valve. He will explain how our Valve CFD product was used to conduct 100s of CFD simulation within a few hours and how we have used this data to predict the valve flow performance in microseconds. He will also explain how such kind of technology can be used for the generative design of valves to attain desired flow performance.
In this workshop, we are presenting a way to accelerate the design process, a way to leverage the latest technology. This application is based on our own design of experiments, our own data. But every valve manufacturer will have their own design methodologies, their own design criteria’s and parameters. Subhransu Majhi – our marketing manager will be available for discussion on how we can customize the use of such technology for valve manufacturer's specific needs.
So, don’t miss this opportunity to know about this innovative approach and interact with the creators themselves. Mark your calendar for Valve Design Workshop on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 2:30PM.
simulationHub Booth at Valve World Americas -2019 Expo
BOOTH 1634
Valve World Americas – 2019 expo will be held on 19 and 20 June 2019. The exhibition hall will be open for visitors from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM on both days.
simulationHub team will be available at Booth 1634. We will be exhibiting our Autonomous Valve CFD application and how we have used the latest technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Machine Learning (ML) for the digital transformation of the valve industry.
Autonomous Valve CFD
We at simulationHub believe that effective, efficient and quick digital transformation of the valve industry is the key to success. Valve flow CFD analysis (Autonomous Valve CFD) is one of our solutions in the direction of the digital transformation of the valve industry. We have used our years of experience in valve CFD analysis while conceptualizing the applications. CFD is an excellent alternative to physical flow loop testing. But the conventional CFD methods and the procedure has a lot of limitations. Be its complexity of use, the time taken for analysis or cost involved in such studies, it has limited valve manufacturers to use this as a design tool. Our valve flow CFD analysis tool has removed all these barriers to make sure that designer can use this as a quick, agile and accurate design tool. A complete automated process backed with cloud CFD platform makes it a really powerful tool. With very minimum inputs from the designer, the tool does the quick and accurate prediction of valve flow performance. It allows designers to run many “what-if” seniors and do “design-of-experiments” to arrive at an optimized solution. This really opens an opportunity for a valve manufacturer to offer a low cost and high-quality valve product.
Visit our booth to know more about this revolutionary way of design, valve flow performance and CFD analysis.
Leveraging cutting edge technology – Valve solutions from the simulationHub research team
At our exhibition booth, we will be also demonstrating a few of our cutting-edge technology application for the valve industry. Those who can not attend the conference workshop, can get the demonstration of our machine learning valve design application. The visitors can also interact with the live application to get a feel of how powerful it is to get the valve flow performance within microseconds. They can also experiment with the generative design of valve geometry.
The simulationHub research team has developed an Augmented Reality (AR) application to visualize the CFD flow. This immersed experience of flow physics inside a valve adds a great value for designers, stakeholders as well as customers. Visit our booth to experience it yourself. An exclusive demo will be available all the time.
